Our services are provided through an online platform, and while we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, occasional disruptions may occur due to technical issues, updates, or unforeseen events. We are not liable for such interruptions but will work to resolve them promptly.
3. User Responsibilities
As a valued client of Eccentrix Fitness, your active participation and cooperation are essential for achieving your fitness goals. To ensure a successful and safe experience, we ask that you adhere to the following responsibilities:

4. Payment Terms

Eccentrix Fitness does not store sensitive card details on its systems to ensure the security of your financial information.

Eccentrix Fitness operates on a subscription model to provide continuous service and support.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly, semi-annual or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

The billing date is based on the day you first subscribe or transition to a paid plan after a free trial.

We offer a 7-day free trial for first-time clients to experience our services.

Eccentrix Fitness offers free trials and promotional discounts to give new clients the opportunity to explore our services and experience the value we bring. This section outlines the terms and conditions for participating in free trials and promotional offers.
5.1. Free Trial Terms
Our 7-day free trial allows you to experience Eccentrix Fitness risk-free before committing to a subscription. The following terms apply:

5.2. Promotional Discounts
