We also understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to request a refund or cancel your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued, ensuring transparency and compliance with applicable laws. By using our website, app, and services, you consent to the practices detailed below.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Right to Cancel (Quebec Consumer Protection Act)
Under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 10 days of purchase. If you cancel within this period, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not exceeded the free trial period or received full access to a program.
1.2. Refunds for Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have experienced a billing error, please contact us immediately at info@eccentrixfitness.com. Refunds for billing errors are issued after verification and within 7-10 business days.
1.3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

If cancellation occurs after the 10-day cancellation window, except for billing errors.

For unused portions of a billing cycle (e.g., if you cancel mid-month, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle but no refund will be issued), for monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscriptions.

If promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing were applied to the subscription.

For services rendered or programs that have been fully accessed or downloaded.

Failure to cancel a free trial before it transitions to a paid subscription.
2. Refund Process
2.1. How to Request a Refund

2.2. Refund Approval and Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

3. Free Trials and Refunds
Eccentrix Fitness offers a 7-day free trial for first-time clients. Your access will be terminated after the 7 day trial period and no charges will apply if you do not transition to a paid membership plan.

Refunds are not applicable if the free trial transitions to a paid subscription and cancellation occurs after the trial ends.
4. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription or free trial at any time by contacting our support team by email at info@eccentrixfitness.com. Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of subscription or trial.
4.1. Ongoing Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your program until then. No further charges will be made after the billing period ends.

Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a billing cycle unless cancellation occurs within the initial 10-day period under Quebec law.
4.2. Semi-Annual and Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel a semi-annual or annual subscription after the initial 10-day period, refunds will not be issued for the remainder of the subscription term. However, you will retain access to your program until the end of the paid period.
5. Reactivating a Subscription
If you decide to reactivate your subscription after canceling, you can do so by contacting us.
5.1. Free Trial Eligibility
Clients who cancel a free trial and return at a later date are not eligible for a second free trial.
5.2. Restoring Progress
Your previous progress and plans may be retained in the app for up to 6 months after cancellation, allowing you to pick up where you left off.
5.3. Membership Rate
Reactivating a subscription may be subject to current membership rates at the time of reactivation. Any prior or discounted membership rates are not guaranteed and may no longer apply.
6. Special Circumstances
